MT KING WILLIAM SADDLE

Wild Rivers National Park

10 minutes drive west from Derwent Bridge is an information bay at the Mt King William I saddle. From here the drive takes on a complete change of scenery as it descends into the rainforest of the Wild Rivers National Park where there are several interesting short walks.  The Jane River and Frenchman's Cap walks also commence on this section of road.

The walk at Franklin River is the only stop before Lake Burbury with picnic and toilet facilities.
