MARRIOTT FALLS

Mt Field - Lake Pedder

Beautiful Marriott Falls. The falls lie just outside the Mt Field National Park between Maydena and the township of National Park.  Turn right about 5 kilometres west of National Park.  There is a sign on the left which is easily missed.  Turn right again just over the bridge a few hundred metres from the turn off.

The track passes along the Tyenna River and is in very good condition.  After a few hundred metres the track turns left up into the forest. It is a little wet in places.  It is an awkward descent to the base of the falls with a couple of logs to negotiate.
