LAKE RHONA GALLERY

Gordon & Franklin Wild Rivers National Park

We have included a gallery with more images of the track in and the lake itself.  We visited the lake at Easter 2007 and were lucky enough to have 4 perfect days.  In my eagerness to get there before dark I contracted severe cramp about 45 minutes from the Lake.  We camped at the spot and were awakened to a perfect morning with mist shrouding the lake.  I walked up to the lookout overlooking the Lake and waited for the sunrise.  The reward was just the start of a photographers paradise.
