BLUE TIER MINES The Blue Tier -North East Tasmania The trip along Lottah Road is marked on the maps as a scenic drive. The lower side of the road is scheduled for clearfelling during the summer of 2003/04! Along the road there are several interesting old mines worthy of exploration. As with old mine shafts, they should not be entered as safety cannot be assured.
