ALUM CLIFFS

The Great Western Tiers

Alum Cliffs are part of the Gog Range just to the north of Mole Creek  The Mersey river passes through this dramatic gorge.  Lobster falls are a few kilometres downstream.

LEFT:  From the lookout at Alum Cliffs.  CENTRE:  Winter wildflowers. RIGHT:  Part of the track to the cliffs.  An easy 10 or 15 minutes one way.  The walking  has been upgraded and now has a well protected platform.  Children must be closely supervised.
